Tradition / Ownership / Danger
Products can be shipped to you anywhere within the Greek Territory and within the European Union countries that you can choose when registering your order. The products will be shipped to the place you have indicated on the Order Form with courier service. In areas where your order can not be dispatched through the courier service, the shipment time is the one provided by the service that is able to take charge of the shipment. Shipments will be made daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
The shipping cost, irrespective of how the order is paid, is € 5, for every order up to € 100.00 and weighing up to 2kg. For every extra pound there is an additional charge of 2 € per kilo. For orders over € 100.00, there is no shipping charge. The cost of the above shipments concerns orders up to 16kg. For orders weighing more than 16kg, delivery by the method of delivery is done exclusively in the areas of Athens, Thessaloniki, Larissa and Patras. For areas outside of a courier network, shipping costs will vary.
COLLECTOR’S PLACE, subject to Clause 7, will do its best to send you the products within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) days. Force Majeure

Withdrawal – Product Returns – Consumer Rights
You have the right to return the products you have purchased without any obligation to state the reason why you wish to return the products under the following terms and conditions: Return must be made within seven (7) Calendar days from the date you receive the products. Returns are accepted provided that you communicated the same day or next business day with our online store.

Difference
If any part of this Convention is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court order, the rest of the Convention will continue to apply. COLLECTOR’S PLACE may conclude an agreement for the assignment of its obligations to a suitable third party. Otherwise, no party will be entitled to assign or transfer its rights or obligations. All notifications must be made in writing (by hand, by e-mail, fax or letter by first class mail, which will be deemed to have been delivered 48 hours after posting).
Applicable Law – Jurisdiction
This Convention will be governed by European and Greek law, in particular the laws governing issues relating to electronic commerce, distance selling and consumer protection, and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
